Corn Cheese Balls

Description : Minced corn, potato and cheese deep fried.

I made these yummy snacks as an appetizer for a potluck with our friends. We all loved it. They turned out perfect...like crispy at the outer and soft inside.

This is the deep fried version. It can also be cooked in an appe pan, thus consumes lesser oil. It can be accompanied with tomato ketchup.
