Rava Laddu (With milk and coconut)


Rava laddu is one of my very favourite sweets. I do make it very often. Its my husband’s favourite too. This recipe also uses milk and coconut. So, it has lesser shelf life and has to be refrigerated. But, since we are adding milk, these laddus will be softer the next day.

This recipe can be made with ease and takes no more than 45 mins including shaping laddus.

Note:
1. Since we are not powdering the rava, the laddu will be kind of crispy on the first day. But the next day, it will become softer due to milk.
2. Raisins are important for its yummy taste.
